I just released the 2nd edition of InDesign On-Demand. I will update the copy for the rest of the first edition.
In this new paradigm, procedures, capabilities, and options are still changing weekly or more often than that.

David, what did you change in this new version? I’m curious.
BTW I went to the iBookstore today and didn’t see that cover or title (“InDesign 7.5 On-Demand”). I do see a book by you called “InDesign OnDemand,” with “Print & Ebooks” on the bottom half. It says it was published 5/24/2011 by Lulu.com. The category is “Art & Architecture.”
Is this the 2nd edition that you’re talking about?
On your iBookstore author page, there’s another book called “InDesign On-Demand: Low Budget Publishing Digitally” with a published date of 4/11/2011, publisher is David Bergsland, seller is Smashwords. The category is Digital Media. It’s $9.99, the one above is $4.99.
What is the difference between the two books?

I fixed some things I mentioned about dealing with graphics in the ePUBs. I think that’s it.
Of course, I always find typos.
