Tandem Bagels February 13th, 2012 Pat & I went to Pho Saigon this weekend. The food was very good. It’s fairly standard Asian food. But mainly, a real joy in Mankato, the service was excellent, the interior design was well done, it was visually, emotionally, and spiritually relaxing. The prices are very reasonable.
