How to make a set of default styles for InDesign — 2 Comments

  1. Hi,
Just trying to figure out what is “Space Before: P3”???
    Thanks for the answer

  2. Measurements in typographic spacing are usually done with points. 24p3 is 24 pica & 3 points; p3 is 3 points; 3p is three pica.

Type measurements have just traditionally been made in points but there’s no real reason. Just remember that a point is a 72nd of an inch or about .014 inches.
p1 p2 p3 and so on just seems easier to deal with, but use what you like.
